Trade account FAQs
Can't see your question? Call the yard or send us a message through the contact page.
How do I become a trade partner?
Fill in the application above. We set up your account and email you the next steps. Once we've checked your ABN, usually within one business day, your account becomes a verified trade account.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Anyone can order online at retail prices. A trade account adds trade pricing, saved sites and your order history.
Is there a minimum order?
No. The account costs nothing to hold and there's no volume you have to commit to.
How do I place orders online?
Sign in, add materials to the cart as usual, and your trade pricing comes off before you pay.
Does trade pricing cover delivery?
No. Delivery stays at the flat per-load rate for your postcode zone, which keeps freight easy to quote.
What happens after I apply?
We receive your application and set up your account as unverified. One of our team checks your details and confirms it, then gets in touch to let you know trade pricing is switched on.
Can someone on my crew order?
Yes. Share the account sign-in, or call the yard and we'll place the order against your account.
Can I get help with quantities or a quote?
Yes. Use the volume calculator on any product page, or call the yard and speak to someone who knows the stock.
