Bulk materials delivered across Balwyn North
Balwyn North rebuilds more houses than almost anywhere in the eastern suburbs, and a rebuilt house arrives with a rebuilt garden. What we deliver here is mostly the first fill for a landscape that was designed on paper before the slab went down: drainage behind walls, a proper base under paving, and enough good soil to establish planting that has to look finished on handover. It is Zone 1 on our eastern run. Deliveries are seven days a week, and anything ordered before 3pm is normally on site the next day — useful when a landscaper's schedule is already locked in.
Soil & site conditions
The ground here is weathered Silurian mudstone, a brown clay loam over stiff yellow clay that drains slowly and compacts under traffic. On a completed build almost none of it is left in useful condition — the site has been cut, filled, driven over and stockpiled on for the better part of a year, and what is at the surface is subsoil and rubble. Budget for imported depth rather than assuming the ground will do half the work, use a free-draining aggregate behind retaining and under paving, and keep new soil clear of the trunks of any mature trees the build retained.Truck access in Balwyn North
The streets are wide and leafy and the difficulty comes from the trees and the building work rather than the roads. Mature elms and oaks bring the canopy down over the kerb in places, and we need clear height above the tray. On an active site the skip, the site fence and the trades' vehicles usually occupy exactly the frontage a tipper wants, so it is worth confirming the day before that there is somewhere to stand and tip. Boroondara footpaths and nature strips are closely maintained; we will use the driveway apron or the road by preference. What Balwyn North gardens usually order

What access does your truck need?
Our tip truck needs roughly 3.5 m of clear width, firm ground to reverse on and no low branches or wires over the drop point. If the street or driveway is tighter than that, tell us when you order and we will work out the closest safe spot — usually the nature strip or the top of the driveway.
How soon can you deliver?
Orders placed before 3pm are usually delivered the next day, seven days a week — including a Saturday order delivered Sunday. After 3pm, allow two days. Longer regional runs are booked with a confirmed window rather than a next-day promise.
How much fits in one delivery?
One truck load carries up to 8 cubic metres of a single material. Two different materials always travel as two loads, because they cannot share a tray — so a cart with soil and mulch in it is priced as two deliveries.
